File - New - 700 by 700 we can resize later
Flood fill with white
Layers - New Raster Layer, Flood fill with a dark, I used Black.
Layers - New Raster Layer, Flood fill with a contrasting colour from your tube I used #66196f
Staying on the top layer go to:
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image, choose magicalcharms_wispyish. Source Luminance checked only.
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Copy and paste your tube in to the centre.
Now we need to frame it. Open clarey_purepurple_beadstring1
Colourise it to suit your tag.
Copy and paste it on to your tag and place it towards the bottom of your tube

Layers - Duplicate. Image - Flip. Place above your tube, see my final tag for guidance.
Layers - Merge - Merge Down so the beads are merged together now.
Now we need to make the 2 side bits. Copy the beads on to your canvas again.
Image - Rotate by 90 Left. All layers unchecked.
Place to one side around your tube. Layers - Duplicate. Image Mirror and place on the other side where you are happy.
Layers - Merge _ Merged Down x2, so all your beads are merged.

Select your magic wand. Click in the centre of your frame.
Selections - Modify - Expand by 6. Selections - Invert.
On your dark colour layer and mask layer hit delete to get rid of everything outside the frame.
While its still selected, click it on the tube layer and erase any parts overhanging the frame that you don't want there.
Selections - Select None
Now using either the lasso tool or eraser we need to clean up some of the extra beads outside the frame, see my final tag for guidance.

Add a drop shadow to the frame and tube layers. I used H + W = 2, Op = 100, Bl = 5, Colour Black.
Add the clarey_purepurple_beadswirl1 and put it just above your background layer. Move it round till its in a position you like behind the frame.
Layers - Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Image - Flip. Pull them about till you are happy.
Merge your swirl layers and duplicate once.
Highlight your original swirl layer.
Effects, Plugins, Toadies, What Are You
Change both X & Y settings to 9.
Add the same drop shadow as above.

Hide off your white Bg Layer. Click on your top layer and Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
Add your copywrite. Mine is the gorgeous work of Abbo Art.

Add your Name, I used the font Mrs Blackfort size 72. Then added the Round inner bevel preset and same drop shadow as before.


ANIMATION OPTIONAL
Edit, Copy Merged.
Open Animation shop and paste as a new animation.
Duplicate your tag twice for a total of 3 frames.
Edit, Select All.
Now open the twink in AS. Edit, Select All. Click on your tag and hit CTRL E.
Place your twink where you like and click on it. Repeat this step to add more twinks, you can add as many as you like :)
Once you are happy, View animation and save your tag as a .gif and you are done!
