This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
Xero Artworx Filter ( in set 4)
VM Toolbox - Instant Tile
I used artwork by Deacon Black

Supplies here

Choose a complementing tube and image and minimise in psp
Open the lace frame and go to image - canvas size - make it 600 by 600.
Click inside the frame with you magic wand.
Selections - Modify - Expand by 3.
Copy and paste your image as a new layer, place it where you like it.
Selections - Invert, hit delete. Selections - Select None
Move the image below the frame layer. Stay on the image layer.
Effects - Plugins - Xero - Artworx - Fine lines default settings.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Layers - Duplicate
On the bottom frame layer:
Effects - Plugins - VM Toolbox - Instant Tile - X-77, Y - 31.
Effects - Reflection Effects - Kaleidoscope: All set to 0 except petals - 8. Edge mode is Repeat.
Layers Duplicate go on to the bottom duplicate.
Effects - Texture Effects - Fine Leather - Default Setting
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Layers - New Raster Layer, Layers - Arrange - Move Down, Flood fill with white.
Back to your frame layer.
Open your tube and paste it on in a position you like. Use the eraser tool to soften any edges if need be. Add a soft drop shadow, I used: V 1, H -1, Op 87, Blur 5.

Choose some elements of choice, I chose to use them from Clarey's Monomagic kit.
Add your copyright!
I then added Clarey using the font Mr Keningbeck and the same drop shadow as before!
