This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
I used PSP 9 to write this.
You will need to download my supplies here
This includes Heart element and paper made by me, do not share without express permission
Simple Filters - 4 Way Average here
Tube and Font of your choice
I used artwork by Steve Baier

Open a tube of your choice and my double hearts element.
Choose your heart element and go to Image - Canvas size and make it 600 by 600
Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colourise to suit your tube.
Copy and paste your tube on to the canvas place it where you like it, I used the point to point selection tool to delete my tubes legs that go under the bottom heart.

Then click inside the top heart with the magic wand - Tolerance 0, Feather 0.
Selections - Modify - Expand by 10
Copy and paste my paper as a new layer. Selections - Invert, Selections - Delete and drop that layer below your hearts.
Add a drop shadow to your tube then merge all layers visible Layers - Duplicate and choose the bottom one.
Effects - Plugins - Simple - 4 Way Average
Add any elements you wish too, the 2 I used are in the zip.
Add your tubes copywrite.
I then used the font Home Sweet Home Size 72 fill only. Drop shadow of choice and voila you are done!
